Outside of design.

Beyond the pixels and prototypes, my interests paint a colorful mosaic. I find joy in the rhythmic strokes of Arabic calligraphy, showcasing my soccer prowess on the field, immersing myself in the galaxy far, far away with Star Wars, embodying the spirit of Cleopatra, and embarking on adventures to discover the city's finest burger joints with my friends. Art is not just a profession but a passion, and I extend my creative endeavors to DIY home improvement projects, driven by a commitment to sustainability.

My relationship with her as a Product Manager has been nothing short of perfect; she always keeps product vision, principles, and user problems top of mind in her design work. She is collaborative, thoughtful, and data-driven. In addition to being an incredible UX designer, she is also a leader: at Peacock she constantly mentors more junior designers, organizes weekly social hours, contributes to culture in numerous ways, and that is just a short list of accomplishments. It is no surprise that everyone on our team worships her! Every day I feel lucky to work and learn from her :)

Design matters, for real.

My objective in what I do is to design with purpose, create products, and user experiences that will help improve people's lives. I started my journey as a graphic designer - storytelling in editorial and my curiosity drove me to web design; coding products and understanding the engineering lingo. My excitement to combine "human" with "business" became an obsession, and haven't looked back ever since.

With an artistic eye, a brain that thinks in logic and analytics, the sky is truly the limit with what I want to continue to accomplish in design and technology.

Gigi is a truly one-of-a-kind designer. We worked together very closely on a large, long-term project and she never ceased to impress me. She's pleasant to work with and considerate of others' opinions, but action-oriented and not shy about asking good questions. She takes feedback gracefully and not personally - she wants to be challenged and to learn from others. I would trust her to take a project from an ambiguous ask to a thoughtful and detailed design delivery with little to no handholding. Not to mention she works at an incredible pace. It has been an honor to work together and I hope we have the opportunity to do it again in the future!
